HIGH - not motivated cannot take responsibility for themselves, very little to no work ethic. Needs one to one support at all times.
MEDIUM - needs support to feel motivated to do a day's work.
LOW - can carry out a full day's work with little encouragement. Quite motivated.
NO SUPPORT NEEDED - can carry out a full day's work. Very motivated and can work independently.
